At New Life Worship Center NYC, we exist to lead people into transformation through Christ, empower them by the Holy Spirit, and commission them to spread the Gospel in their homes, communities, and the world. Our Beliefs

As an Assemblies of God (AG) Pentecostal church, our beliefs are firmly rooted in the Bible and the 16 Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God. Below are our three core convictions that shape everything we do:

We believe the entire Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is without error and serves as our final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” — 2 Timothy 3:16-17

We believe in the full deity of the Lord Jesus Christ — His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to heaven, and His soon return. Salvation is by grace through faith in Him alone, and every person must be born again.

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” — Acts 4:12

We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit is a distinct, empowering experience available to every believer after salvation. It is evidenced by speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and equips us with spiritual gifts for bold witness and victorious Christian living.
